Scott Goldman is an entrepreneurial minded broker.
As a long time entrepreneur himself, Goldman understands what it takes to make deals happen. Scott began his real estate career back in 1994 when he went out to Colorado with a few other Floridians to do large acreage development and custom home building in Denver.
In addition to locating properties for development, Goldman was the broker for their 35 agent firm Colorado Dirt. During this time, Scott also studied finance and obtained his Series 7 (securities license), Series 24 (securities principal) license, his investment advisory licenses and was Board Certified in Estate Planning.
In 2000 he was recruited by the prestigious Paine Webber during their merger with UBS. Goldman and his team were responsible for creating the strategies that introduced and created brand awareness of UBS into the U.S. ultra-high net worth space.
Not wanting to be away as his father battled cancer in Florida, Scott moved back in 2004. He also transferred his real estate license to Florida and created a small specialized firm working exclusively with investors and investment properties.
Scott has always been known for his “outside of the box” thinking and his ability to find creative ways of making deals work. His blend of real estate and financial knowledge have made him an excellent and creative strategist.

Magda Goldman is a forward thinking and modern real estate professional. This native of Venezuela earned her Florida real estate license in 2005 while with Land & Livestock, LLC. Land and Livestock was a Fort Lauderdale based real estate company specializing in land
development and residential lots. Magda also served as its comptroller.
Magda’s ability to successfully multi-task in an active business environment is always evident. During her eight years at LHP Media she would often switch hats between customer service, accounting, bookkeeping, data entry and production coordination.
She eventually relocated to Dallas to help her husband launch and develop a business which introduced an experimental technology and expansive social media marketing platform for the cutting horse industry.
While in Dallas her concern for the health and well-being of the needy of was also evidenced in her commitment to Life Church and the growing of the Soup Mobile ministry. In part through her efforts, Soup Mobile delivers more than 400,000 meals to the homeless in the Dallas area annually.
